Shipping policy

For in stock and preorder items : Most orders are shipped within three business days, delivery can take up to 8 business depending on carrier & location.

For pre-orders, please refer to the timeframe listed in the product description.

All shipments outside of the contiguous US vary in shipping and delivery time.

If the carrier states that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, or if package was damaged during shipment, please file a claim with the carrier. Jessica Myel is not responsible for missing packages once record shows it has been delivered, or packages damaged during shipment.

International Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
